If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@karibishop.com. You must report any damage within 72 hrs of receiving the art prints to be eligible for a replacement. We may request photographic evidence to process your request. Additionally, one-of-a-kind art and products will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
